The Giudecca rug designed by Zanellato/Bortotto for cc-tapis consists of both organic shapes and colours that combine to deliver a rich sense of nostalgia.
The rugs oval shape is divided into two parts, with one side comprising of a light pastel blue, while the other is made up of stone and green.

The Giudecca rug was inspired by a photo of a Venetian flight of stairs. With the pastel blues representing water and the multiple tones of grey and green interpreting the stone steps.

A truly unique design, the Giudecca recreates the magical atmosphere of Venice in a rug. A contemporary vision of Venetian steps hand knotted in Nepal from Himalayan wool and silk.
