The 1958 moulded plywood side chair by Norman Cherner is the companion to the classic Cherner armchair.

The quintessential dining chair, it is built to be handed down from generation to generation. Defined by a beautifully sculptural, curvaceous structure, the chair creates a comforting seating environment, perfect for a dining room. Available in a range of stunning wood finishes, the Cherner Side Chair can coordinate with a range of interior spaces, both classic and contemporary.

Materials & finishes
The seat is made of laminated plywood of graduated thickness, from 15 plys to 5 plys at the thin edge of the shell. Reissued in exacting detail from the original drawings and moulds, the side chair is strong, lightweight and like the original, made entirely in the U.S.A.
