With a name inspired by a Greek goddess said to be the mother of the Sun, the Moon and the dawn, the Marset Theia Table Lamp showcases light in all of its changing forms.

Designed as two-half spheres, one placed horizontally, the other vertically, the Marset Theia Table Lamp allows you to swivel the fixtures around a central axis, allowing you to alter the perception of the lamp. Mathias Hahn’s design is an attempt to portray the contrast, as well as the harmony and balance found within light and shadow. This highly original, contemporary piece is meant to satisfy our natural fascination with light in all its forms. Theia can be used as a reading lamp, but when directed at a wall it will cast a subtle warm light, providing your space with a delicate ambience.

Base and stem in lacquered iron. Dissipater in lacquered aluminium with built-in switch. Vertical semi-sphere made of lacquered spun metal, with the interior in white, and a transparent smoked shade in thermoformed methacrylate.
