The Bund, a historical district of central Shanghai is the source of inspiration for the highly contemporary and minimal Bund Lounge Chair. The piece pays homage to the Art Deco style that is heavily entrenched within the city of Shanghai, creating a piece that symbolizes the cities past, present, and future. Combining the soft curves of rich upholstery with the organic structural finish of natural wooden legs, the Bund Lounge Chair reinvents classic craft deep-rooted within the cities DNA.
